Late Work

Assignments are due before the START of class.
Late work will receive a 20% deduction.
Work not submitted within 48 hours after due date will be a 0.

All submissions will be through blackboard assignments.

If you have Accommodations:

You must email me before the due date.

Let me know what accommodation you are using.

Extra time accommodations are due 48 hours after the due date.

After that 48 hours the grade will be a 0.

Assignment 1

Due Class 5

Custom Mini Fig- 20%

  • Model will be supplied on blackboard.

  • Base your design on a real life example.

  • Post reference on blackboard.

  • Submit a still image based on the example.

  • ex. SAV_2021Spring_ANIM_TimSteele_01_A.png

  • Resolution: 1920x1080

  • Submit an image composed of all your texture maps.

  • Scale them down to 1024x1024 and arrange them in a row based on the example image.

  • The width will vary based on how many file textures you use.

  • ex. SAV_2021Spring_ANIM_TimSteele_01_B.png

 

Grading: 10pts

  • 2pt  -  Quality of UV's

  • 2pt  -  Quality of Diffuse Map

  • 2pt  -  Quality of Specular Map

  • 2pt  -  Quality of Bump Map

Procedural Cactus/Suculent - 20%

  • Model will be supplied on blackboard.

  • Base your design on a real life example.

  • Do not use file textures.

  • Do this completely procedurally.

  • Submit a still image based on the example. --->
